  5. How do I recharge my Prepaid TravelSIM®+ service?

    Prepaid TravelSIM®+ offers the follow options to recharge your service:

    2. Call us on +61 2 9233 5165 (from your Prepaid TravelSIM®+ service)
    3. Over the counter at participating Australia Post Outlet.

    Prepaid TravelSIM®+ credit lasts for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  6. How do I use DATA/internet on my Prepaid TravelSIM®+?

    To access data with your Prepaid TravelSIM®+


    1. Turn data roaming on (leave Data Roaming off when not in use or in WiFi zones)
    2. Enter the internet settings into your handset:

           APN: travel.apn
           Username: Leave Blank
           Password: Leave Blank

    Where do I find the APN settings on my phone?

    iPhone - Settings > Cellular or Mobile > Cellular or Mobile Data Network > Mobile Data APN
    Android - Menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
    iPad - Settings > Mobile Data Network
    Windows - Settings > Access Point
    Other phones - Settings > Internet Settings

  8. What is my Prepaid TravelSIM®+ Number?

    Your Prepaid TravelSIM®+ number will be the number that starts with either 0488, 0489 or 372.

    If your number starts with 0488 or 0489 you can find your Prepaid TravelSIM®+ number:
    1. Online on your account after selecting "My Sims"
    2. After activation the number will appear on screen as well as get emailed to you
    If the number starts with 89 this will be the serial number and not your telephone number.
    If your number starts with 372 you can find your Prepaid TravelSIM®+ number:
    1. On the back of the starter kit under the right hand bar code
    2. On The SIM card Sleeve
    3. On the SIM card itself.  Located in the top left hand corner it will say Tel:+372...

    Prepaid TravelSIM®+ is a roaming SIM card and we recommend turning your phone off and on at least once a day to refresh the network connection.
